VSP - (Vision Service Plan) - We are considered a "participating retail partner" and can bill your insurance for you. However, because we are located in a corporate setting, we are usually considered an "out-of-network" provider. We can verify benefits when you book an appointment, please provide your information at the time of scheduling your appointment.

MEDICARE  - Medicare does NOT cover routine vision and because of that we do NOT bill Medicare in any capacity, regardless of whether there is a medical diagnosis found.  Our office has opted out of any relationship with Medicare in order to keep our prices competitive and to streamline billing.  Many patients who visit us have Medicare, they choose to pay out of pocket for an exam.
